Rev. Samuel Mithika

Senior Pastor – Deliverance Church Int'l - Kiengu

Rev. Samuel Mithika is a born-again Christian, a husband to one, a father to many, and a teacher of the Word of God to the nations. A tireless servant of the Gospel, his journey in ministry began in 1989 in Maua, where he served faithfully under Rev. Mbaabu for ten years.

In 1999, Rev. Mbaabu sent him to start Deliverance Church Kiengu. That same year, he began preaching and leading the new congregation while still serving in government under the Ministry of Agriculture.

For many years he faithfully balanced his public service career with pastoral ministry, serving the church and community with dedication. In 2011, after retiring from government service, he fully committed himself to ministry and the work of spreading the gospel.

During his years of service in the church, Rev. Mithika also pursued theological studies to deepen his calling as a pastor and teacher of the Word of God.

He married in 1987 and faithfully served in ministry with his late wife, Beatrice Mithika, until she went to be with the Lord in 2017.

In 2019, he remarried Jane Mithika, and together they continue serving and pastoring the church, leading the congregation with dedication and a passion to reach people with the message of Jesus Christ.
